OK, so I was changing the region of my console. All was well, and I flashed it, I checked the files before I flashed and they seemed fine. Once I flashed I got E72 from power, I could still boot to XeLL though, so I updated XeLL to XeLLous which was successful. When I turned the 360 back on though, I got a black screen no matter how I booted, not even XeLL would boot.

Any ideas without having to reflash the NAND via LPT?

Same thing happened to me when I was trying to mess around with the region.  In the end I had to reflash from LPT.  Now all is fine.  Thankfully I had done the RJ45 coupler method so didn't need to open my case to reflash Wink

New boxes (from Zephyr or Falcon to Jasper i think) have a hashed keyvault. I think that it has something to do with those problems. I tried to change Jasper region with flash dump tool 0.91 -> christmas lights.
Earlier last year i did the excatly same thing with 4532 Xenon, and it worked with no problems.

Its better to just update xbr patches so console will work regionfree..
