Is it possible, if you put out the board from the cage, that the heatbodys can come losse and you won't notice it.
Because I've got a Falcon box here -new testet and everything was fine - but if i start it it gives me ROD
and after some starts it will work. But i always need to start it some times.
Solderig looks good.Did a Falcon before and everything was ok, this one was even better soldered.
So did i damaged something?

Possibly, always look at the secondary error code and always treat boards with care.

If you modified the dvd drive unmod it as a test, also you can try to ever so gently apply some pressure on the SB chip and startup to see if it came loose, possibly it would be enough to lay your finger on it.
