i have bought a jtag kit it involves the lpt method.

i have a opus mobo, and as all the nand dumping points are the same,it looks quite simple to do.

only concern is can something like this be used? as my pc with the lpt port is broke.

so i want to use my laptop which does not have a lpt port. so i can convert the lpt to usb?

how many times??

lpt to usb cables do not work for this application been said hundreds of times

a simple search would have shown this.

the laptop card MAY work but ive read more problem threads about it than good ones.
