Either a straight up crash or it "can't open the file". Access to the file is just fine so I know nothing else is using it and bogarting access...

EDIT: Just compared my original dump to a second (original made with nandpro2 and the second with nandpro2b) and they are different. Seems to be a point mutation so to speak but enough to make me run through this a 3rd time. Not sure why its causing everything to either reject it and be unable to open it or crash (as in the case of 360 Flash Tool).

EDIT2:
Got dump #3 done, errored completely after block 3A0... 88b reads it but crashes if I try to extract anything from it. Going to go for dump #4 after I check my connections and disable wifi on this old laptop.

EDIT3: Dump 5 done and no bueno but I flashed xell blindly anyway and it works just fine except everything is in monochrome on my TV but my Dell 2405FPW is in color; both using composite cables as I don't have any component to test nor do I have anything with HDMI. Weird. SNES9X boots just fine as does Gentoo.

That's normal, XeLL outputs in PAL60 when using Composite

Figured as much, what threw me off was that my 2405 said it was NTSC at 60hz.
