Hey,
I'm trying to get the CPU key from my jtagged console, however, I can't get XeLL to load?
I've tried the wired controller in the rear USB, and holding eject button in, neither work >.>.
Its a Falcon fyi.

the newest falcon XBR is XBR_3a if you have that flashed along with your kv and config, pushing eject after a power unplug 25secs and power back up...it loads
check to make sure your jtag wiring is secure ,diodes facing the mobo..and checked for contact
tons of peeps mess up the DB1F1 spot.....or think they have it soldered secure...

The JTAG works, I've been using XBR to play games etc.
Don't think I have 3a, I think I have 3.

I've disconnnected all the SPI wires lawl. I'll have another go tomorrow  . Is there a compiled version around? I only remember seeing un-compiled vers.? |

compiled huh?
use Xexmenu then load redline99's flash360 from a usb drive to flash xbr_3a along with your kv and config...
no need for SPI/LPT wires anymore

Okay, just updated to 3a.
Still no XeLL :S.
I turn it all off, press the eject button, and it just loads the lovely 360 Intro Scene?!

is the ROM's dvd tray fully ejecting? i have this issue on my xenon with a samsung drive, because it does the typical samsung thing, and sticks. xell will not boot unless the DVD tray is fully out |
