Drive FW help

I did a m8 of mines 360 fw went well he was happy and his brother needed an update and was happy to come to me he had his box repaired by ms was given new xbox basically and instead of the H-LG he had, they gave him a Lite-ON 7485 but he had taken to gametronix who 1st updated fw but swapped out the Lite-On for a brand new H-LG dj47 Drive and spoofed it as i can see in the FW file. Now i dont see how he can update.. Just wanted to know if there is anything i can do but stick the 1.51 on this and spoof as l-o 7485. They both have these drives and i dont even no if they can play new games with bootdiscs or 1.51 i have not done a H-LG in ages some info on this would be great. Thanks
Dont worry delete this thread i tested a game in it and seems to work fine in the 1.51 ill just do the other to that.. thanks

yep 1.51 will run any wave. that's were the Hitachi ended it's hack for now....
