how safe is a jtagged 360 online can it be detected easy? i dont mean go on mw2 and hack it and get banned i mean has anyone been on a jtag and never got banned?

There are several factors that can result in a ban
Specifically... the JTAG hack are 3 wires... (basically are a "bridge" from southbridge to GPU)
I dont think that this 3 wires can be detected (but i can be wrong)

so that wouldnt get detected more than likely... but if i went on with modified dash it will be detected? anyone post results on what does and doesnt get them banned? |

If you go on XBL with the current, unmodified freeboot or XBR, you will be banned.

ok sorry the name is jester supposedly never gets banned could this be bull$#!t and just gets a new unbanned serial each time? or does he use cygnos. I not really wanting to go on live with my modded 360 but it would be nice to know the limits and bypassing methods etc..

Im trying to think why he wouldnt get banned.. i had 3 consoles on live to test the theory out on how long it would take, 2 of the consoles were banned within 15 minutes, my 3rd console lasted from mid december till last week, i feel that there is some level of random checking, and that my 3rd console was lucky to escape for so long, in any case, go on live with a jtag modded xbox 360 and you will get banned, if not instantly it will still happen |

what do you think the workers are smart...no there job is to run a default program...or ones running for them and flagging..but it don't work at a fast pace...

Out of curiosity, did these consoles have stock or modded DVD firmware? Edit: And maybe they banned you cuz you were online 24/7 for over a month and felt you needed to get outside more. :p |

i did have a hd on all of them, and yes game installs were locked out, stupidly i didnt check my secdata though,
i dont flash my dvd roms as i see no point, the only console that had ever had its dvd rom flashed was my console that was used for king kong exploit, but i reverted that back to stock once i updated to the jtag hack, and that was the same console that took just over a month to get banned.
as for getting out a bit more, i wasnt actually sitting in front of the consoles 24/7 :p i just left them on and signed in going about my daily business, and playing a game here and there (maybe 2-3 times a week)
