iateshaggy,

Basically yes but they are "fuses" so jumper is "unsafe".
When we just bridge them the drive will work, but i don’t like to bubblegum fix the boards.
Drive wont need any off these....

3 Zero ohm resistor 3,3V, 5V and 12V. (Fuses!!)

thanks for the info, i don't bubble gum fix either, i just wanted to know because this gives me more points on both sides the board i can use to patch connections.  i have enough dead liteon drives laying around that i just replace the damaged pcb's as i receive them.

if at all possible to take a picture, it will make this much easier.  w/o a picture, i can make assumptions that may or may not work.

Hey Guys,(dream & iateshaggy)

You guys are awesome to help all of us who have damaged their drive boards. You guys need to create a paypal donate button I would surely send you guys a donation for helping us out. That being said, I too need your help after a bad lt switch install. I had to remove the switch and it ripped all my pads off. I have not back up firmware yet and dont care about getting the drive to work I just need to get the key so I can spoof the other drive I have. Here is a pic. I hope you can see it clearly..

LOL my great soldering skills are what got me here... If you can show me what i should try I will attempt it. can I make a probe and probe it or what would be the best way to do it. Are you in the states or across the pond?

If you can show me the points i would need to solder I will let you know if I can do it or not. If i dont think i could do it  I would gladly send it to you because I'm in California.

let me find the pic, its in here somewhere.  the picture is kinda blurry, can you use ms paint and put a black x over all the lifted pads?
also, with 101 and 122 gone u will have to probe a resistor that is usually under epoxy, do u have a heat gun?

the fix is something like this (i think u may have one other wire to solder than this pic), it involves soldering to teh smallest resistors on the board after you remove the epoxy from above them using a small heat gun.  be careful not to get to hot while taking the epoxy off, u don't wanna take the resistors too.
