Zeckyporosi,

Make easy probe and probe the pad 101 or 122 hole.
Missing resistor is capacitor there is no need to fix it.
Blue line R207 to pin 122/101 is your stock fix so dump it first with out the blue jumpwire.
Before you make the dump measure 3,3V to GND it should be 95K - 110K ohm only then you can dump it.

Dream, you mean this as a probe: http://i56.tinypic.com/2u5xdo2.jpg?

As I intend to do the MRA Method.

PaulyboyUK: Looks the same as the stuffed one brought in to me, if so, just follow the repair diagram above (Please, please give it to someone who are GOOD at soldering, otherwise you'll just damage it further, to be honest).

Cheers!

EDIT: Never mind, got Status 0x72 Cheesy, Do I leave all the wires in place, and just add the blue wire, so the drive can work again?

Easy probe @ MRA method

Leave all the wires and install blue wire... Game on...

Fixable, your damage does not seem to be any worse than the drive I had, as seen above.

Cheers!

your attempt was correct, just your execution was sloppy, take what you have and remove the excess solder and use a smaller wire and it should work.  if you can find some solid strand cat5 cable, they work great.

With the red wire the Ck3 pro doesnt give me the Blue LED
Without the red wire it gives me the Blue LED but it doesnt get recognized nor Eject

Well this simply didnt work either...

Any suggestions?

Tmrw multimeter is coming imma check the V then

drive is just erased, you need to remove via drivers as per jungle flasher tutorial.  then run jf, send intro, power on drive.  it should turn on in vendor mode, no, jf will not see it till then.

Too much solder, traces are connected to ground. ..and what are those wires for? There's no need for them if you don't need to dump. Can't see much else, post a better picture without using flash.

I got a broken pin 101 (big time)

I also have a LT Switch from xecuter...

Almost Clean:

Trying with wire:

All gave me a short I think

Since I got the LT Switch i tried to solder it on it... but since 101 is missing i soldered it to the front pin 101(cable across to the other side)
but it gave me the same... no LED

When its clean and everything is taken off, CK3 Pro turns on (doesnt eject though)

What else can I do ? Is the chip maybe fried?
How can I find out if the chip is fried?
