1. make sure none of the traces are shorted to ground (all the area around the traces is ground)
use a multimeter to do this.

2.  you need to rebuild the trace that was over 101.  you can solder a wire straight across it.

3.  you probe 2 probably won't work, but might be able to stab through the board, just try it and see.

4.  if the probe can't make a contact through the board and 101 and 122 are gone, u will have to use a 22 ohm resistor
and probe a resistor on the opposite side of the board (usually under the epoxy) w/ it.

Just put the probe into the hole, it doesn't matter if the pad is broken (i've done that and it worked). If it doesn't work, try to clean up the hole with a needle or something like that.

Thanks a lot  Guys I'm really great-full for you efforts in helping me.

Dream,
I'll try to do the soldering as per the pic.  but pin 122 it totally gone so what should be the alternative point, I'm getting of Measure resistance 3,3V to GND 70.4 only.

xboxer1234,

I've tried this but the jungle flasher and  dos-flash don't recognize my drive

Here are more clear pictures of my PCB.

You shouldn't. You might damage the drive even more. Just send it for Dream.

Thank you all for trying to help me in fixing my lite-on drive

I've tried almost all the different ways described under this subject but non of them worked !

may be it's needed to provide one master way as step by step tutorial to repair damaged PCB

There is no master way.  Additionally most people who royally f their boards do not have the skills to fix them either.
