R2P12 Alternate solder point

Hello i got a board from a friend of mine with the R2P12 poped off and the blade dash where the resistor goes to the southbridge the onboard solder contact is gone but the other side that has a via's i can use to solder to is fine so i soldered another R2P12 to the board and ran a wire to the trace line it goes to under the RF board and still no joy help is much appreciated and i really dont want to have to trash this board

just did the AUD_CLAMP fix but i cant get freeboot to boot up but now have xellous working help please

u got a point its booting now and i will have pictures in a sec got to charge my camera

can you rewrite this so it's understandable?

also try XBR see if that boots ok
sometimes freeboot has to be manually compiled and installed...

i will try xbr should i use the 8955 dash version? please let me know thank you

8955 is the only xbr version there is.

Hi have you fix the R2P12 and make it to boot without e79 as i have the same problem in my Bord if you can
take pics would be good to know how it's done.

yes it's been fixed, thanks to Arakon for his help, i fixed with pleasing back the R2P12 with 10K OHM 1/16W .1% 0402 SMD RS and it's boot back, but the problem i having now is that the RF board syncs with controllers it wont pickup the ascend controller even when it's in Play and charge cable.

and also on wireless controller or Play and charge cable it's losing concoction every 1-5 minutes, the guide button keeps fleshing but the RO Bord controller light goes off, some time after minute comes on and register only 1 controller and the must of time i have to bush the sync button on both Bord and controller to re-syncs and pickup the controller signal.

i try to turn off all my wireless devises and cordless phone teak off the Bord out and check the button and all traces are goods but still no lack so i been searching for any solution in Forums and didn't find any solution yet I'm going to check it my other RO Bord as i have anther falcon xbox and see if it's work or not.

forgot to say i did flash back my origin nand back and also tried xbr all same losing concoction every 1-5 minutes.
