xexmenu wont copy game over...

Hey guys,
I am running XBR 3 on a 512 Jasper using xexmenu 1.1.  I recently bought a 640 GB Scorpio Blue Slim Laptop Hdd.  I just swapped it with my old 20 GB and everything looked cool.  It says I have 546 GB or so.  So I put xex menu on there.  Then I decided to burn a few of my games from the disc to the new Hdd.  The first 2 games copied fine.  But then I tried to do a 3rd game and it doesnt want to copy it.  I looked at how much Hdd I was using...about 11.33 GB.  Do I have to do something else to the Hdd or what?  It appears to me like it doesnt want to go over the 20 GB of my old hdd.  Even tho its got plenty of room. 
Is this a bug?

When ripping a disk try to insert the disk and wait until it spins up, then hit the button.

And did you use HDD Compatibility Partition Fixer v1 from team XexDev for the creation of the partition on the new hd? (read the readme before using!!)

Can you tell me where they hid the read me?   Cause its not in the folder I DL'd from xbins...

Hehe, didn't see that one coming, i heard that it will delete the partition with all the data and create a new partition.

There seems to be a bug in Xexmenu 1.1  When you insert a game to copy to your Hdd I have to select the folder I want to put the game files in and then click copy so that the directory thing at the top resets to the proper directory.  If I dont do this it will just copy everything to whatever directory was on last.  And thats not always where you want it to.  Also I have been able to get more than 2 games to copy over.  I dunno...sometimes it works but sometimes it gets ready to copy the game but then doesnt...
