i has unsold a small chip below cpu ,now console is 3rrod. my console is falcon.
can i sold it with other console's chip ?

If I'm not mistaken, that's an eeprom that contains CPU patches.. in which case the data is unique to the cpu chip, just slapping in another will not work.

Can't you resolder the old chip back or get it to a professional for repair?

BTW, how can you accidentally unsolder that?

i can't find my old chip .i just do some test.
well you need to because that's a Xenon one you show in the pic...you should even know the cpu's are different, if you are this far into experimenting....

Desoldering it shouldn't cause RRoD, as many people have removed the EEPROM back in the days where the console was shortly released. When the EEPROM was removed, the console was working fine, and the EEPROM dump was blank when they are attempted to be dumped.
The only case where I have seen a RRoD caused by the EEPROM is where a mismatched chip (ie, taken from another console) was soldered in place.

How exactly do you unsolder a chip by accident? And whats the marker for the chip (ie. U8B3)

Are you sure the chip was in there to begin with?, not all Xenons had this EEprom if i remember correctly.
(that would also explain why you cannot find it)
