Falcon XBR 3A worked, BUT....

Above was my system before I JTAGGED it.  I had checked all connections (multimeter), eventually was able to get Xell to run (Xellhackup that was 50 blocks in size only).  Then when I saw Xell worked, that mean't the connections were good, and the JTAG was working....

NO Zephyr image would work.  360 flash tool stated clearly:  "Zephyr V.2" and from the power chord, brick wattage, MFR date, I believed it to be a Zephyr as well.  Even the images I found of internal components (360 revisions) led me to think of this as a Zephyr.  HOWEVER, no Zephyr XBR image would work.  I had matched the nand reads, looked at "readbacks" and had needed my rawkv to get Xell to load (wrote to nand AFTER xellhackup was written to nand unaltered).  After getting CPU key, I used that with another utility to decrypt my rawkv (also had 360 flash tool help to get some files out of the nad). 

It all matched, even my DVD drive key.  NO ZEPHYR XBR though.  Not 3B, not 3A.  What happened?  Anyone have news of this?  I am HAPPY to be able to have XBR but it is for Falcon and although I saw a thread where somebody installed wrong XBR (had a Zephyr, thought it was a Falcon) which worked, I would like to have the right features and right image on my nand.  Any ideas?  ANY news?

I have thought's of this..but why would i apply anything ..I don't own a Zephyr(to check).....
different LDV  values....WHO knows...
not all boards have the same paths...
as you know xbr was slammed out really quick and judging by a flaw in the first ones for falcon and Zephyr..maybe it was a issue to work out whenever ??

Hey Reverse.  I am very calm, just when I get after something (knowledge) I go after it full speed.  I am only curious if anyone heard anything about this.  They did get to revision 3B so wondering who to ask about this (if nothing else).
