Problem with Jasper Jtag 512 MB

Hi,

i have a little problem here.

I got a Jasper ( 512 Nand ) from may 2009.

i read the nand ( 2 mb ) to check the CB and it was hackable.

i dont have an usb flasher so i had read the first 100 mb out of the Nand. ( 3 times and checked the Bins... 2 totaly the same bin )

than i got the KV und config bins and injected it into xbr.bin. ( 64 mb )

i flashed the Nand and got the Christmas Lights. after that i flashed the orig.bin back but the Xbox360 doesnt give video/audio. Screen is blank. ( i removed the Jtag )

i did flashed it 3 times but no go.

What should i do know ? if i flash Xell ( 2mb ) it starts if i press Eject and it shows me CPU Key.

i fear something is wrong with the 100 mb that i  Read out of the COnsole.

is there a way to rebuilt a new 512 mb ( or 100 mb ) with my Cpu key and KV.bin ?
I mean from another 512 mb dump that works

Well your supposed to have a few dumps and compare them in total commander. I have dumped the first -r3 of the nand 10 times and in between the 10 dumps they all have 1000+ differences. So you need to make sure that you dumps are identical before flashing.
