TDK dvd+r

HI Guys i've chipped xbox 360 and i run verbatim dvd perfectly with it but i tried to run TDK dvd+r double layer the xbox couldnt read it knowing the burning with imgburn was succesful, any possibility to run TDK dvd+r??

Its probally Memorex media with the TDK brand on it..

its only TDK not mentioned memorex with TDK brand but its made in india.

 The Taiwan discs are made by CMC Magnetics, the India discs by Moser Baer
---there both from the same DIE.....

TDK in the past used to be good media when it was made by Taiyo Yuden but then once changed manufacturer, the quality went down

so in most cases it's about the burner in itself along with the fw in it and sometimes that don't even help.....

Stick with Verbatim. There are many threads like this. Other brands don't save you money if you're making coasters.

sure. buy a different drive model, flash it with your key, try it out. if it doesn't like them either, try another drive model. but I somehow don't think that is a very cost-effective way.
