I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

I've just finished installing my new cygnos v2 on my xenon.  Used xell to get my cpu key.

Built a freeboot and flashed both to the correct NANDs.  Now, if I power on with the eject button, it properly boots into Xell, but if I power on normally, it doesn't make it to the new dash.  Instead, it behaves properly (the blue light comes on on the cygnos, and I can see in the cygnos toolbox that it's trying to switch:

 / _|_ __ ___  ___| __ ) / _ \ / _ \_   _|
| |_| '__/ _ \/ _ \  _ \| | | | | | || |
|  _| | |  __/  __/ |_) | |_| | |_| || |
|_| |_|  \___|\___|____/ \___/ \___/ |_|
                [v0.02 - coded by ikari]

!SWITCH
Booting.

But, that's it.  At that point, only the center light is on on the Xbox, and it doesn't do anything else.

Thoughts?

Thanks.

Was your dump good? any bad blocks? try and rebuild the image and flash again. trial and error will be the best way to figure it out honestly.
 I flashed xbr to my xenon's nand about 3 times before i got it right.

Good dump....twice in a row, no bad blocks.

I've flashed my dump to the cygnos NAND and booted from it with no problem as well.

It was fine all along... I just hadn't left it off for long enough to clear the SMC stuff.
