Dash 8955 aka Homebrew Killer

The JTAG hack will not work if you did the fall of 09 update. Period... Same for the SMC and KK hack. I don't know if this can be said enough times but i'm sure after posting this there will be 10 more threads and countless... "if I updated my console can i still do the JTAG?" (NO).... haha i'm tired of seaching forums  and coming up with the same threads about JTAG....

I would like to know is anyone working on a new exploit like the JTAG either on the hardware or software side? I know this is xbox hacker, so the whole site is deticated to this... But now homebrew is exploding on the scene with XBr and XeX loader and freeboot. What about us consoles that have 8955, i mean there is alot of spares laying around now. Finding another exploit would make the homebrew community massive... Who wouldn't use their banned console that they don't play anymore for homebrew.

ofcourse there's being looked into an exploit for the 8955 dash.. you think you're the only one who thought about this?

If you can't wait (quite possibly forever) for a dash 8xxx exploit then GO BUY A EXPLOITABLE ONE off Ebay or something.  Geez.

given that the HRMO exploit is the only exploit that has been found to date i would say yes really, the new SMC stuff is not a new exploit, its just a new way of executing the old hack
