I have been using xbreboot for the past 5 days with no problem onboard nand.  Today I put my case back together and I got E79 error.  Opened back up checked all connections and everything looked fine.  I finally take back out the small screws and low and behold works fine but it comes up to first time startup screen.  I am thinking this must be a shorting problem, could my board be warped bad enough that when i put the screws in is causing this.  Any suggestions?  I guess for now I will keep it as is.

It's probably broken solder joints that are currently still close enough to make contact.

Check your jtag connections, even if they look good chances are they've come loose.
