Im about to go and get a 500gb 2.5" sata drive, will this work in a xbox 20gb enclosure?

arakon had a 160 formatted in the dash dont see why a 500 wouldnt give it a go and report back

Or a 160GB Intel X25-M G2 SSD, bet that would get your games load even faster than ever:P
I believe 640GB is the largest one available atm, I'm going to buy that tomorrow and report back.

500GB is around 80euros here, 640GB is around 100euros that's not bad at all.
I haven't seen the prices for 1TB though.
