Did you wire up the jtag points (with the two diodes)?
yes,i have. i can enterinto xell through xbox-button. i flash it again with nandprob,just chrismas light.no succes. now ,i flash it with inject kv no config.but still no success..maybe xbr_falcon_1 only support 6*** ,no support 7357 and 7371 . this image is for 7371 as i have tested it and it works 100%! try and change ur LPT setting in ur BIOS Settings as thats what i had to do to get mine to work! i changed mine to ECP! another thing make sure you have ur southbridge wires donw aka Xell! |

btw m8 what image r u using 8955_0 or 8955_1  if u can enter xell wait and see what xell tells u it should display ur cpu key and dvd key in one long line! if not there is a problem with your kv file! another thing too DONT inject ur config for this image! |

phonsey,very preciated your hot heart. because my falcon's console is mircosoft's special cutomize nand no for public dash ,it's version is not public issue. i worry some copyrights limit. because i upgraded to 7371 but this console seem can't upgrade to 7371 version only run on custom dash,just happen e71 error. through 360 flash tools,i found some file still old 6*** version . so i do jtag hack,xell run correct. i just want it can be upgraded to new dash in order to play new game. but i not success. very thanks your help . you can see: http://forums.xbox-scene.com/index.php?showtopic=698012&st=45&gopid=4581948&#entry4581948 |

Finally got xbr-05 running
Funny thing is (at least for me) that when i put inside xbr.bin KV and Xell with R-W option (i've a nfectus2) i got a e71..when i put Config block too the box boot and then asks for settings!!

Anyone else experiencing a lot of hangs and even crappy gameplay?
Flashed my Xenon with XBR_1 and Assassin's Creed plays but hangs for a few sec now and then (from HDD and from disc)
Trials HD (arcade game) isn't even playable in the area's when something is happening (even the checkpoints that change to green make the game basically stop...
Is this XBR's "fault" or is it the 360 or something else?

I'm getting lots of recoverable freezes in L4D2, both original and backup. The game will freeze or have a massive lag once in a while, but the console is not frozen, as the game will start to play again if you reinsert the disk.
No other games have this issue (at least, from my experience)

Here the files for all models  enjoy!!! XBR_Xenon_8955_1.rar: No success here on XENON 360 with dual diode JTAG (not the 3 resistor method). The result is RROD after a few seconds. It also does not allow to start XELL if pressing the Windows Button on remote to start the box. Checking the ECC of XBR_Xenon_8955_1 shows a lot of errors. But recalcualting the ECC with nandpro does not help either. Why can 360 Flash tool not open the image file? Was anybody able to run this image on a PAL Xenon with dual diode JTAG??? I just get RROD. |

i got rrod 0020 too - solution is to use not wire jumper but another one diode instead jumper.

effect is simple - if you are getting rrod 0020 on xenon with wire jumper - use diode and console will boot (ofcourse if nand is writed ok) j2d2 7 ->|- j2d2 4 |

effect is simple - if you are getting rrod 0020 on xenon with wire jumper - use diode and console will boot (ofcourse if nand is writed ok) In which direction has the diode to be installed? Black side of the diode on Pin 4 or on Pin 7 of J2D2? Is the diode for this also of type BAT41? P.S. How did you come to this solution? I might add that the xenon_1921_hack-20090911 from free60 works without a third diode... |
