After flashing xell on the falcon board i removed the power, vga cable for about 30 sec and plug it back in, also disconnect jtag to computer try to power on it it would not response at all, so i flash the original dump back and it power on just fine. what could go wrong cause it not to power on after flashing xell? I need the cpu keey to retrive the dvd key.

Please help.

the falcon xell flash is bad. are you sure it is correct for your mb ?

what did you use to flash your console? LPT SPI method?
