JTAG/xell hack, CPU key possibilities questions

As im not person who can do all the soldering and extract CPU key myself.
I'm considering sending my box to professional who can do this for me.
I still didnt updated my console to Summer 09 update. I have a few questions.

1. Does process of extracting CPU key leaves some permanent modifications?
Once key has been extracted, does that xbox will be detectable by MS?

2. Running JTAG/xell hack on xbox prevents me from playing new games,
as i cant update to Summer 09 update to continue running hack, am i correct?

3. If i got my CPU keys and perform Summer 09 update. What are benfits of knowing my keys?
Since all memory is encrypted by CPU and i know CPU key, are there any possibilities of
further hacking? Like playing region locked games, copying my XBL downloaded content to
my other xboxes. etc.

1. You don't have to leave the JTAG hack in place. It's perfectly fine removing it, but by removing it, it will not allow XeLL to boot. Now once you update, you won't be able to run XeLL anyway, so leaving the wiring in place will no matter. Once key is extracted, the box is not any more vulerable than any other xbox out there...

2. Running the hack doesn't allow you to do dashboard updates, and it's recommended that if you're at 7371 or lower that you rmove R6T3 to prevent any updates from occuring. You can't run any updates newer than 7371 and continue to use the hack.

3. Having your keys allows you to, in the future if it happens, modify your KeyVault if you have the KeyVault from another xbox, so that your console will appear to be another console, and you will be unbanned. As many have said before, this is not perminent and unless you figure out what got you banned in the first place, it will not prevent you from being banned in the future. Copying XBL content isn't possible to my knowledge, but playing region locked games is... only if you modify it before a certain dashboard number... Having your keys does allow you to downgrade to be play to make this console a different region.

You're able to de-crypt whatever update you apply, to be able to install a KeyVault from another XBox, so that your Xbox will be unbanned from xbox live, if it ever becomes banned...
