is ram readable via rdqs / writable via wdqs?

I was looking at this datasheet...

...Which is the datasheet for the xbox 360 ram.  I was trying to think of how it might be readable without crazy smd soldering skills, and I saw it has 4 rdqs pins, and 4 wdqs pins.  Could the ram be written to / read from with those 8 pins and a proper setup to make it viewable on a computer if those pins are enabled?  I tried looking up data strobe, but I'm still not completely what those are for.

assuming you were able to read / write the ram at any given moment during the xbox running, the small fact its encrypted with a unique per session key which changes on every boot kinda makes it a little pointless.
