Same problem here with three consoles. This is one original banned nand backup: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=15IW30SAI tryed everything, patched with findsecdata 0.4, patch with 360hdr , zeroed out all secdata.bin but hdd install still not working. xval2.0 report console banned, or secdata is invalid FFFFF.

Thanks for this great tool. I've had a try and unfortunately I seem to be getting a similar error to Mossolb. I've tried calculating it manually though I'm not convienced my calculations were correct. This could well be a bit of an oddity anyway, you can see the ban date of 2009-11-05, the 2009-10-28 is the dash update released on that date. My console is a refurb which I got on 2009-10-20 so it could well be there isn't sufficient data on the NAND to support recovery. boby2pc, I'll send a you PM with a link to my NAND if you would be kind enough to take a look. I think I'm out of luck on this one though.

Here is my nand http://www.mossolb.com/files/falcon_nandtest.rarThis 360 was played a lot less than the other one I was able to restore prior to the banning, that is all I can think of. Edit* fixed the link if anyone else wants to play with it. Thanks for your help boby2pc. Checked and it's another with secdata.bin overwritten. The unbanned one was in block 0x25D and something updated it

Xantos, have you tried to do the manual way of hex editing and zeroing out 0x132? It looks like you have a better chance of restoring it than I have since I only have two dates, the initial date and the day it was banned which also was the date I updated, so it just might not have enough for it.

boby2pc, i have run findsecdata with my nand dump. The funny thing is that the console was banned 2009-11-13 and the findsecdata find that timestamp. 360HDFRv1.03 says that the last timestamp was 2009-11-17 This is my log, please help me to point out what i should do next? C:\>findsecdata test.bin

Thanks mossolb, I've not tried zeroing 0x132 yet. That's not the offset my calculations turned out so I was a little hesitant to start overwriting things.
I'll hook it all back up later and have another look.
