Error code 0203 no fix or..?

Hello Guys...

I have a xbox 360 with the 0203 error ... it's the second one for repair... the first whas just the thermal compound...
I looked at the gpu then i saw one small brown resistor missing.. just one brown.. the xbox is from a customer who's kinda of a freak.. in holland we call it a ''geestelijk gehandicapte '' mental illness kinda sad no jokes .. his supervisor brought me the xbox from some kind of retard living place.. (i run a online repair/flash service small start) Only the mod's no pirated stuff customers keep calling me if i wanna rip some games from them it's easy money most people don't have the knowleg ... only private stuff... that i took from some binaries.alt.stuff you know... like forza 3 but i bought it today... 60 euro.. while the verbatim was 2 euro's (4e 2discs) Yeah but anyway (bulltalk srry).. then about the brown missing resistor on the gpu .. wtf? i never saw this.. i also noticed that the original x-clamps had diffrent manufactures date's 1 from 2006 and the second from 2007 ... it still had the casing serialnumber so it had not been repaired... but the warranty sticker whas gone... they told me its whas flashed before... i didn't check that out just maybe its stock f/w.... i think some dude had a blowtoch on it... some huge heatgun .. or hairdyer .. you can only see the 8 solderpins all the others are there ... is there a way to solder a new one in or put it on and with some heat?..or shall i grab some old dvd-player or other device and start looking? .. i have some old p3 proccessors laying around somewhere .... (searching now) on the psu the light says green ... gpu/cpu's are getting hot... if it whas the thermal compound ... damn.. i have experience with repairs tryed the most thing but no result... you guys think it's just a gpu malfunction from some moron who burned it to much f***ed it up and no cure no pay?  from this dead xbox 360 ... or shall i buy it for a toilet artwork... when someone is taking a piss or $#!t ..WTF!? a 360 what's it doing on the toiletfloor....

or give it the wet-water-treatment.. it's similar to a towel trick but the water keeps the heat

Please keep the "Bulltalk" to yourself also because talking about piracy is a big NONO here, again forum rules and common sense

Ok, the xbox has clearly been "repaired" before, so the first question should be if the xbox worked again after that mistreatment with the heat gun.
If no one has toched it after it broke this time it cannot be the missing parts as it worked at some time.
Some of the parts on the MB are optional and some parts are not that important.

If you have the stuff to do an X-clamp fix try that first, oh and dont do drugs while fixing the xbox as you will probably mix up the red and the green wire.
