What is wrong here? Has picture but NO SOUND? Mainboard = non HDMI. Never had 3ROD

that is the start of 3RLOD, take out the mobo and heat around the GPU area and near AV port with heatgun and do xclamp replacement while you have it open may solve your issue

I have fixed many x360 with 3ROD. This not help  Sad Any other suggestions? Where is the sound chip or fuses located?

The sound chip is embedded in the GPU iirc, and there are no fuses on the motherboard, only PTCs
