I have been doing alot of reading and came across a posible solution to my problem:

I just recently fixed an old xenon 360, and tried to get the key off the old MS28 but its as dead as it gets. Cant seem to get any power to the drive board to get the key.
So then i stumbled across something that only works with xenon boards...

Some whole process where I solder on some resistors, JTAG hack? Dumping the Nand, getting the cpu key and decrypting a bunch of stuff to ultimately get the dvd drive key off the mobo. Is there a tutorial somewhere or can someone give me a somewhat detailed breakdown so that I may get started on this :-)

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

No tutorial, but the jtag hack thread has all the needed information.

I do NOT give support by email, PM, ICQ or whatever. Anyone annoying me that way will have his balls removed. With a rusty butterknife. Slowly. And I'll enjoy doing it.
