I wonder where in the game that the region code is set... wouldnt it be great if a tool is created that removes the region code.  After all if you you buy an Asian / NTSC game then you should be able to create a back up and play it on your PAL system and visa versa.

the boot xex and the SS
can't be modified/removed, else the signature is altered...
