Need some debugging help(please)

My dad uses this program to do payroll and well the computer crashed the other day and i reinstalled the OS and everything and copy back the program onto the storage partition and when i tired to run it it kept giving me an error i am not sure where my dad got it from or how it works but all i know now is that it doesn't work at all keeps giving me this error

I tired the program on 2 more pc and i got the same problem here the program you have to click on FST.exe to run the program please help me

I haven't downloaded this but I really hope you haven't included the payroll data files.  You don't want to post this sort of personal information on the internet.

[Edit: From your post I guess you have just copied back the program files which won't work since any registry entries required, and files in other places (such are the Windows directory) won't be there.  Just reinstall the software from the original CD then copy the data files back]

Its not important because i live in a country that you could probably never find me lol, and its not possible to do anything at all because it doesn't include any personal info about the employees it just has there name and how much they earn and there earning are very little because of my country currency
there no way some could ever use to to do anything

No i don't have any CD or anything, I think some had made the software for my dad i am not exactly sure but i know we didn't get it with any CD or anything like that some guy had come and just copied it onto the computer and left this was couple years back
This is the only copy of the program i have and was wondering if you or some could debug it and see what happening i tried to my self but i didn't understand anything that was going on
