What's so odd? The K: isn't CB, it's the kernel version. Also BK: is always 1888.
You cannot derive the CB version from the kernel version *unless* the kernel version is >849x - then CB is already "bad".
But some K:7363 have the new CB, some have the old. Only way to tell is by dumping the flash.
Bottom line, still: everything from June-2009 or earlier is ok, everything after mid-June is certainly not ok.
Latest Box still coming with the old bootloader so far was 2009 June-16h (l_oliveira's box).

I see; sorry, my bad.
but is there only one factory for 360's ? if not, is it for sure they started manufacturing 360s with updated bootloader everywhere on the very same day ? (just asking)
(just a little correction : l_oliveira said his was manufactured on 2009 06 18 not 16th, I think)

Hi, I have a new Xbox Elite manufacturing Date 22nd august 2009 with kernel 7363. I accidentally without noticing flashed the drive with the so called Fake key so now it's pretty useless. Will the exploit work on this version to recover my DVD key using the Jtag hack? Thanks in advance

Hi,
I have a Zephyr with kernel 7363, the CB and CD version is 4580. It is possible to use the JTAG hack to bring back the DVDkey??

I got a good one for the statistics....bad for me.....but I have a June 23rd 09 manufactured console and it has 6750 (1bl updated) sucks a whole lot for me. But it looks like before the 18th of June is the key.

I have the same kernel CB and CD, wondering the same thing. Mine was refurbed and finished in march 2009, but the new jtag exploit isn't working. Can anyone confirm whether 4580 is fixed or exploitable?

I am thinking about buying a 3RL Falcon unit (E74) to fix that was made in November 2007. The first target of my quest : Finding an exploitable console. The owner told me that it is off since March 2009. After some research, I found out that the last update version by this date was 2.0. 7363.0 (February 03, 2009). So, I think that about this item it's ok. But, what are my chances about the manufacturing date, November 2007 ? Can it have a good CB ? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick answer, straight to the point. Just for a better orientation about exploitable Falcons, the earlier MFR dates (end of August/2007 ; September/2007) are the best shots ?

So I take it all *BRAND NEW* 360's are exploitable until June 18th 2009 just as long as they are not refurbished?

Why should a Falcon from November 07 with Kernel 7363 have an updated CB/CD? So I take it all *BRAND NEW* 360's are exploitable until June 18th 2009 just as long as they are not refurbished?
Donīt be to sure about the exact date but generally you are right.

You don't have to dump the entire 512MB to find the CB version.

and that's ok but what means 3 block ?? from 0000 to 0003 ? with nandpro add 0 3 to the end of it, that will dump just the first 3 blocks from block 0

ok just done at offset 8400 ---> 43 42 1A 5E which means CB 6750 right? which means of course it's a non exploitable Jasper 512mb dashboard 7363 ( date man. 09-09-2009 ) [edit] i'm just boring at work...so i was tryin to let "read" to firm dump tool the 512 nand dump.. so i have dumped only 16mb ....opened 360 Flash Dump Tool ....unticked the 1BL key... and this is what appear...but....the CD ver and Patching Level are not "attendible" right??
