Retail HDD on 360 demo kit ?

Hi guys,

I have a demo kit (i guess, it's a regular looking white 360) fully updated with the new debug dashboard (nxe and classy blue frontend). Since my hdd is really small i'd like to replace it with a bigger one (60 or 120). Did try with an old retail one, did format it and it seems to work at first (menus are ok, screenshot function works, beta versions shows on frontend) but when i try to launch the game it freezes on loading screen. My guess is i missed something somewhere, but it's hard to figure what.

Do anyone of you have a solution ?  (did try the search button but it gives me a database error ^^)
