Hi, newbie here.
My 360 had the rrod so I purchased the screws etc to replace the X-Clamps and followed the instructions on how to fix them, all was going fine untill it came to the baking part. When I turn it on the heatsinks won't get hot, it just sits there flashing the rrod. If I turn it on with the fans plugged in they cut in for a split second then go off so it's as if it's not even trying to power up. Anybody got any ideas???
Cheers Gareth

You probably crushed the GPU. Also, don't even try the baking crap.

Use the heatgun or a professional reflow machine and melt the solder evenly before applying the xclamp fix
