Degraded always crashes or pop up with a message stating "cannot open file" whenever I am trying to open a nand dump. I have dumped the NAND 4 times, all the dumps are the same. The same thing happens when I have attempted to open up nand dumps from another xbox 360s, but does not crash when opening a random downgrading image.
Anyone know why this is happening, and are there other methods to create a downgrade image?

if i remember right ... you have to open the dump in a hex-tool and change the date in the header.
i.e. "2004-2006 microsoft coorporation"
to "2004-2005 ... "

but mine does say 2004-2005...
could there be any other possible causes?
Also, this question is probably very obvious, but you cannot use the downgrade image created from another xbox dump, correct?
I will send the dump to anyone who wishes to help and create the image to me, thanks

it has to be the dump of the same console, otherwise the cpu key won't match the cpu.

Lol yea, I've figured that out already... Flashed the xbox with the downgrade image from another xbox, won't power on anymore.
Arakon, have any other ideas on why degraded won't accept any of my dumps?

I've downgraded consoles with several bad blocks just fine before. I believe he fixed it one or two versions ago.

Copyright header must be the culprit, because when i hexed the "2004-2005" to "2004-2006", degraded crash. if not, "cannot open file"
