I have a hdd that is currently with a 120gb hddss but it's a 250gb hdd. Can I just use hddhackr to flash the new 250gb hddss or it will corrupt my data on partition 3?

I bricked my drive and it doesn't even show up in the bios, so i tried to brute force recover it. When I power off and power it back on i get status 0x80 then after a while it goes to 0x10 and i believe the drive powers off. how can i fix this? Do you think its my sata chip set? NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE

Hello, I would like to ask a help. When I try to reflash (manual mode) with hddss250.bin, says that the sectors were 16-22 reflashed successfully (green fonts), but appears the message has not been possible to save the firmware to restore (red fonts) and nothing happens. I use a WD2500BEVS 26UST0 modded to 120GB and i lost the UNDO.BIN and i have a SIL3112 SATA chipset. What can I be wrong?
Thx

Your readme shows obvious signs of being my original one that you edited.
If you really did this work yourself then you should be able to tell me how you calculate the hex numbers I changed, as well as why you need to change them.

I did not calculate the Hex numbers, a friend of me did that. All I did was to find out where to put it in, and after some time looking at how the Extreme version was put togheter, I`ve managed to find where I needed to put it! 00 at offset 0xF0C2 a.k.a. 0000f0c2 08 at offset 0xF0C3 a.k.a. 0000f0c3 39 at offset 0xF0C4 a.k.a. 0000f0c4
And of what I saw on your version, you did use the regular Beta version, I`ve used the Extreme Beta!

Nonsense, you're a thief. Your "friend" was me. You just put my work in a slightly different version, which you probably haven't even tested. You probably don't even have a 250gb drive.

May I remind BOTH of you that neither of you coded xplorer360 and merely modified a few numbers of it? this BS stops NOW. fighting over who did the better hexedit of an app is childish. any more and I'm getting out my own banhammer.

Haha, your not my friend, and never will be! I`m not a thief, like you belive. I`ve been testing the version all week almost, to get it work perfectly, but there`s still some more editing! And I actually got a 250gb HDD! WD Scorpio Blue btw..
Still not Convinced? Then get a life, and stop calling people thief and liars when they`r not!
