Actually, swapping the PCB seems kinda difficult for this person, because you'll need to desolder all the flat cables (Unlike other drives, the cables are soldered rather than attached to a socket)

look at f***ing how old that stuff on that website is, that's not helping out
the guy is having problems with this obvious easy stuff, he can't find any tutorial online that'll help him, while there's enough,
now you shove this tut on hexing keys in his face.. that won't do him any good

they're talking cutting traces on a benq, while they can be softunlocked now lol.
they're talking doing hex to transfer key and OSIG strings

screw that... unless you're up for a challenge.. it's how it all began

now guys are having problems flashing 360 drives, while they only have to connect the drive to the PC press a few buttons lol.. quite sad if you think about it.

replacing the laser is piss easy a lot easier than reflashing your key into a new drive

but then that is piss easy to me too.

search google for textbook's tutorial should help

in a nutshell here what you do

hook up benq to pc and use jungleflasher to read fw off orig drive

hook up new benq and do same

open fwtoolbox 4.8 and copy paste your key into the new fw

then use jungleflasher to flash modified fw with your key back to 2nd drive

put it all back together and pat yourself on the back and get down to some naked xbox.

why would you use fw toolbox to copy the key over when jungleflasher is perfectly capable of doing it? and why not just flash the orig.bin to the new benq. no need to exchange keys.

i would only flash a native fw to a drive in case of any differences in the fw that could result in ban

maybe paranoid but no reason not to do it as precaution though pointless if modding the drive

good point on the jf would be easier to do key swap
