i got a kreon drive from here: http://www.kreonxtreme.co.uk/Samsung%20SH-D162D%20External.html
im using schtrom extact 3.4 and when i click extract it gest to 3% and says cannot extract ss.bin and stops...
does anyone know how i can resolve this it will be greatly appreciated thanks.

try xbox backup creator 2.8 better app imho

also make sure you have flashed the kreon firmware onto pc drive if it isnt already there

Dirty disc?  Does it happen with other games?

Bad firmware flash?  Try reflashing the drive.
