I have X box Backup Creator 2.5 and ImgBurn, my question is, which is better to write with? And what is the preferred writing speed for a HD game?

Well, it doesn't really matter which burning engine you use, but I prefer XBC, since you can do a quick stealth check with it. Also, what do you mean for the writing speed for a HD game?
