Elite with 0110!

Alright. Got this 360 Elite with 0110.
360 already has X Clamps replaced, AS5, Heatsink on Ram Chips, and a small Fan also added 12V. Normal fans are also 12V.
I bought this for ($50), what should I do to it. The owner told me it started freezing up and after 1 hour it died. I am sure I can fix it. What should I do though LOL!
