Just to make sure its not something else, go into your bios, disable your IDE and SATA ports,
make sure your set to boot from the USB and not a hard disk.

From what i've used, anything under 2Gb should be bootable..
if u have a USB card reader, and a card which is 2GB or less, try that...

i can't remember what the iprep config.sys looks like(or if it makes one), but edit it on your memory stick and try adding the line

stacks=9,256

if its already there, or if you dont have a config.sys file, create one.

also,  disable ALL controllers your not using,
so if using a sata card, disable in the bios all your ide and sata that your not using.

UPdate!!

Some people do have a life and work to deal with too.

ALL major breakthroughs in the 360 have come either from here, or ppl affiliated with this site, and ALL of it has been done by people here helping each other, however.

I do apologise for there not being someone here to answer your questions more promptly.

Also, you could have gone to google typed in iprep an internal blah blah blah
like i just did, and found this :

http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=iprep+an+internal+stack+overflow+has+session+to+be+halted
Again, sorry it took someone sooooo long to do this for you, shall i read it to you also?
