I did a backup of one of my game (conan) with the swap dvd to games way , do i have to do a ss.bin process or i can just burn the dvd file to a dl dvd or i have to get the ss.bin from that game.

you're going to have to merge the files with the ss file.

Just save yourself the trouble and get a kreon drive
