and if you can't use live, then you can't get the divx codec, end of story.

I can not connect to Xbox Live, I banned, any place where Web updates + video codec, support and thanks.

lol how much plainer do you require ?
the xvid codec that is installed is signed to each individual console, the only way to sign the update to each console is via live - nothing else !

Ah in that case

Take a transportation method to a store that offers for sale XBox 360 hardware
Take transportation method back home with newly purchased 360 hardware
Connect to XBox live
Get update.
