i working in shop that fix xbox360 so im suggest this

why we can't make xbox 360 dvd key generator like wii serial tracker site

in this site i see a lot of xbox360 awesome hacker and visual basic

i can give you information about :

MFR date
serial number
product id
region code
drive type
dvd key
also there number on the motherboard

i can give you about three xbox information every day

so what your say .

There are already sites that keep track of mfr date, drive type, region code, etc mainly for the purpose of identifying the type of drive a console is likely to have.  You mention 'DVD key generator' but no other information such as the serial no is in any way linked to the DVD key otherwise we would have done this ages ago... I have probably 600-800 serials/keys but unfortunately it's just not possible to create a key generator using this information.

the key is NOT related to the serial number or whatever.

that is not true, xbox serial number is directly related to the dvd key of that xbox, I used to have a dos program like the ones used at the beggining to flash ts-samsung and the only thing you needed was the back serial number, you write it completely and then again with less numbers like the ones inside the usb port and the program gives you the key and then applied to the drive, I lost it long ago and I'm trying desperately to find it again because now I needed, so if you know anything please let me know, I have a liteon 83850c aparrently the key is not entirely good because doesnt read games, only says play dvd even If I change the drive, but that same drive function properly in another xbox with diferent key but same flash.

I think that's for generating Identify.bin which is different from your Key.bin. Identify.bin is the identifier for all drives of that model. Key.bin is tied to your drive and can only be found with key extraction methods. If you already overridden the firmware, then you have to use JTAG or KingKong to find it.

you need to quit smoking the bad stuff dude...
if it was that easy ...think of how many happy posts would be answered....swapping drives would be great....
the dvd drive key is either in the dives fw dump or the encrypted kv.bin in the nand ....
i mean don't you think we would of had a program out already if the key=the serial #.....
and if you had this so called program...why wasn't it important to you? you could of made a killing with it...

you mean each time you boot? or it just randomizes the bytes and sets it as a perm key?

I think he means the fact that devkit recovery discs can "regenerate" device certs if they're corrupt. And that include a "new" keyvault.

But then that doesn't work on retails... I also have no idea if people tried to see how these recovery discs work. I never had anything DEV related in my possesion so I wouldn't know. Anyway dev stuff is out of the scope of this site/forum, not ?
