Ok, so I know that you can get replace ment cases (Xbox case with nothing in it) but, will all versions of Xboxs fit into the same case (1.0-1.6b)?  It sounds a little stupid I know but I ask because, I know the outside of the case is teh same but maybe the holes for where you put the motherboard or psu or somehting are different so you can't put say an xbox version 1.1 inot a case because it only takes 1.3 upwards or something like that.  Can anybody answer my question?

1.6 MBs will blow a transistor if you put it into a <1.6 case.
you have to cut one screw post and the shielding for it so it doesn't touch the MB.

and please don't open a new thread for every question.

I do NOT give support by email, PM, ICQ or whatever. Anyone annoying me that way will have his balls removed. With a rusty butterknife. Slowly. And I'll enjoy doing it.
