XBOX 360 Mods and advice needed as Gamer and Media Server

Hi Guys

I have been debating on in my head about a Media server
Now that I have decided to go in for the XBOX 360.
I need help in modd's that need to be made.
I would like to first lay down my requirements or needs in a Console and I would love to hear suggestions on the modds and where I could order them from.

1. I am a Moderate Gamer. The other purpose it should serve is that of a Media Server. I have tons of Movies that I have stored on my portable Western Digital HDD and I need it to be wirelessly streamed to the XBOX 360.
Does the XBOX 360 have an Inbuilt wireless receiver or is it an addition done through Purchase from MSoft of through Modding.
I am not sure if the Xbox is capable of playing HiDef video content wirelessly without breaking..?? I am also looking at the possibility of Wall Socket Ethernet transmission.
The media server software ...is it run on the XBOX360 or is it run on a Computer elsewhere (like the SlimDevices Slim Server)

2. It should play Pirated games.....If theis needs a 'Chipping'...is there a good solderless option.....
Xbox has a Xecuter chip which is solderless...

3. Can I have a Audiophile quality sound card installed for Good Analog or jitteless Digital signals?

4. The DVD drive has to be a rugged Multi Region and Muilti format capable...

5. Good support of File formats both in Audio (lossless and lossy) and Video (hi def)

6. I hate using a Joystick to browse through menu's ...is there a remote control available....

7. is there a possibility of a Touchsceen to be added and wired in to the XBOX 360

8. I have heard that sometimes there is a possibility of a disassembly required for certain upgrades in firmware or Hardware...have I heard right...Anyway around this....Fix it, shut it and Forget it.. Thats what i need...

9. Is there anyone who will build the Xbox to these specifications and then thoroughly test it.

10. Silence is a main issue too...I need a silent running Unit...

looks like you will need the piratebox360, it's very simple to build
here, let me guide you:
first step: take a weedeater and light it up
second step: disconnect router and put it on the floor - if possible, outside the house
third step: use the weedeater on that motherf***er until the cops come

easy, huh?
