Hi...I have a problem with the ss extracting.

I flash my dvd drive with the xtrm0800.bin file then I run windows and the drive was detected.

The I run dvdinfopro and lunch the four command to take the ss and save the ss.bin file.

I do the procudure three time...but dvdinfopro extract three different ss. I don't understand what is the problem. I always reset the console before run the three extraction...bun any time the ss is different...

Scuse me for my bad english

it's fine. there are timing differences that will produce different SS, but they will all be valid.

ok...thanks for the help.

Now I want to do another question...I have read my original firmware...and with kdx1.5 I write the key to the hacked firmware but I have a problem to run backup. Are displayed to insert the disk to xbox360 console.

I want try to manually edit the firmware...To open original firmware I used winhex but I don't understand what is the addres to read and write the key. I read that the addres is from 4000 to 4200 but when I read the original firmware and the original hacked firmware (do not patched) at this address I have the same value...

Thanks for the time you spend...

Remember that KDX only works with xtremeproper.bin, and not xtreme.bin.

There have been reports of the key being beyond $4200.  Copy all information from $4000 until you see all FF's.  This will include your key.

Use the tutorial from www.xbox-scene.com on how to manually enter your drives key into xtreme.bin.
