hey all,
I have a question about dual layer dvd's (typicly about the speed like 2,4x 8x 12x).
If you have a dual layer dvd that has 8x printed on the disk, does that mean it reads/writes at 8x speed or only for writing?

only for writing. reading speed is entirely dependant on the drive itself.

I do NOT give support by email, PM, ICQ or whatever. Anyone annoying me that way will have his balls removed. With a rusty butterknife. Slowly. And I'll enjoy doing it.
