3  Xbox 360 / Xbox 360 General Discussion / Re: the Elite dissected on: April 21, 2007, 09:20:13 AM
I want someone to hook up some kind of power meter to compare the voltage drawn from the elite and the current premium.

Hopefully this board design has allowed ms to just simply drop in a 65NM CPU rather than requiring another board redesign.

I hope the PAL Launch of the Elite will feature 65NM CPU's in rumoured November as well. I would also like to see the Benq drive appear more often so the firmware hackers can work on it more.

I also want to know what kernel this ships with, maybe someone can get Ubuntu on it and run a CPUID program to see if it really is 65NM.
4  General / XboxHacker Site Discussion / Re: Site Update - Looks very nice! on: December 26, 2006, 01:31:53 PM
It's very nice, but is there ever going to be a news portal again? I don't mind if there is not one, it just bugs me the question every time I visit this forum.

6  General / XboxHacker Site Discussion / Re: XBH Store - Comments, Suggestions? on: January 25, 2006, 02:16:43 PM
I just noticed the XBH Store, great idea rather than flooding the site layout with adverts. Cheesy Maybe in the future  you or someone/member etc could do Xboxhacker t-shirts, hats, mugs etc with some cheap transfer paper of Ebay Wink. I don't really have time to do this but I'm sure someone does. The faceplates idea sounds really cool, I would buy one if I had a 360.

10  Xbox 360 / XboxHacking - General / Re: Will M$ Update the Dashboard? The TSOP must be writable then on: January 14, 2006, 12:06:59 PM

11  Xbox 360 / XboxHacking - General / Re: infinitymods.com claiming to be testing modchip and selling it within 2 week on: January 03, 2006, 09:50:25 AM
He received a 360 chip and he is testing it, I thought that was part of the chip manufacturing process. Obviously bogus just a guy trying to spam his mod chip selling site.

13  General / XboxHacker Site Discussion / Re: Do people know that Xboxhacker is back? on: November 29, 2005, 02:42:37 PM
Ya when Xbox-Scene was talking about the X360 on USA launch they also mentioned that Xbox-Hacker will be used for the technical hacking talk.

They also said in the forum that the old posts will be back up but they are to busy upgrading X-S forums or something and the old xboxhacker archive forum was using an exploitable forum (not good) so before it goes online I think they need to upgrade that or merge it into this one?
14  Xbox 360 / XboxHacking - General / Re: Spec out your dream 360 on: November 26, 2005, 12:48:21 PM
If they want to get in the living room I think they have made a big mistake about MCE. They should have just put it all in the 360, streaming media is still not good me thinks. Wont you be annoyed when your Wireless network A adapter disconnects while watching a movie? LOL. Because not everyone has a MCE. Ah well perhaps they wanted the hackers to continue XBMC on the 360 for this very purpose.
15  Xbox 360 / Xbox 360 General Discussion / Re: 360 or Core? One or more? on: November 22, 2005, 02:50:46 PM
When the core drops to £150 I'm getting one, and that is when mod chips allows us to hook up a standard PC SATA drive so we can do all our shizzle on it. For HD I will just buy a VGA cable, I'm not that fussed about wireless controllers, it is nice but I would lose it probably.
16  General / General Discussion (non-Xbox) / Re: Welcome to the XboxHacker.net forums! on: November 22, 2005, 02:47:29 PM
