when you say you dont have the orig nand does that mean the official dashboard nand or any orig nand?? if you have the freeboot nand you can get cpu key from that and all the other files like kv.bin to recreate a working image! if you have that image send it to me in a p.m and ill make a working freeboot image for you or orig nand!

you cant connect the live with a jtag or rgh xbox anymore as it results in a instant ban as they can easily detect it now so he's mad if he thinks editing the kv will do any for live.

Now even device intro is failing.. so where do I go from this? my god.........................................!

you need to send erase command now as the drive has code within it and its not blank so it wont get into vendor mode until its blank. send erase command and power cycle drive then you should be able to flash it again.

That is exactly how it is on my screen, i can get nothing else, have tries attaching, reattaching hard drive, loading sooftware from a key and a disc, i read somewhere i need a certain game to load the update but how do i find out which game?.
Or any other way to unlock. Thanks in advance

has your xbox been flashed with CFW before or the drive been swapped as that error usually means that the console has been tampered with before. If so then its a easy fix all is need is a reflash if not then justmeee method is the way to go as the nand dump with tell you the correct dashboard needed to update to.

what you mean to say is you want to use a 500gb hddss.bin on your 750gb scorpio black lol which will work as long as that hard drive is supported by HDDHackr which it is WD7500BPKT - 750GB! just dont hex edit the 500gb hddss.bin just flash it the same way as any other WD.

My dvd looks completely dead... but it is not possible... no burn signs... cable was correctly plugged... wtf...

send device into and power cycle drive until you get 0x72 status then flash lt3.0 firmware.

While they usually go fine, this one didn't cooperate with me.

I always use dosflash spi unlock under real dos-mode (win98 bootdisk) using my ICH9R in IDE compatible mode.
So I started drilling with the 3.3v (from the drive) connected to my soldering iron but it didn't unlock when I hit the spot.

Now sometimes it identifies the flash but sometimes not.
When it identified I tried a SPI unlock with a small cotton stick and alchohol and said UNLOCKED.
But still the board overheats fast and I don't think I'll be able to dump without fixing the shortage.

I could drill further hoping to somehow disconnect the shortage within the drilling hole.
Or I could send it to someone with one of those xecuter pro devices which are capable of doing a full dump.

any ideas?

as ac_away said you will need to take the motherboard out of the case and take a high resolution picture of the back of the board near the CPU so we can see if the efuses is protected and if so we can help you fix the xbox. if r6t3 is removed thats good

ok this is a jtag system and first what you need to do is check if xell is still booting. you can do this by ejecting the dvd rom and see if you get the blue screen with code on it. if you can get that screen to come up then i can help you sort this out in less than a hour m8.

take a picture of the inside of the xbox (motherboard) so i can see if its a jtag or not. remove the dvd rom before you take the picture ok.

the black resistor is 0ohms m8 meanings its just a bridge so u can solder one side to the other (bridge with solder or wire) as i can see its cracked.

so let me get this straight m8 your xbox is a jtag and you attempted to update it with the official update from microsoft which gave you a error code? i have a theory why the xbox isnt working and thats because your xbox has blown efuses and its updated the dashboard but it couldnt update the cd drive so it gave you that error which can be fixed once you remove the SMC wiring from the motherboard. where abouts to you live m8 ?
