Is there any possibility to get e66 if you have swapped from hitachi drive to samsung and m$ is able to detect that...... So post if you have still the dcvd-rom that came with your console when you bought it. Maybe im only say stupid things but who knows.....Just an idea that could help the ones with e66.....

And another stupid idea of mine.. Is there any difference with the ones with e66 if you flash 4.2a or 4.2b ??

Was there a mistake in the v2.3 firmware?

I think this has been fixed:"I detect one little bug, the filemane 40_26.BIN is incorrect. the batch file call a file 40_23..BIN" as Flash78 mentioned before....

I can confirm that the firmware does work for SS extraction.

Xbox 360 and Xbox One.  For Xbox One you need to apply the same fix that worked for Kreon's .80 firmware. Basically zero out 0x200-0x2CF and total of 0xD0 bytes. Doing this and the game will boot.  There are only 2 other differences, but they seem to not matter.  2 bytes one at 0x72F the the other at 0x7FE.

NDT - Your problem is different, try it with my "Xbox Backup Creator" and send me your Log.txt with the Log Level set to Debug.  It might have error codes that will help identify the problem.

Oh and I might put out a small update to do Xbox One SS extraction with the Hitachi using my app if there is a demand for it, use my thead to discuss it please.

[EDIT] Ohh yeah, My app doesn't allow SS Extraction because of the nature of the Firmware Stealth, There is a registry patch that can fix it if anyone is interested, PM me for details.

So what we have to do to extractt correct ss.bin files for xbox 1 games using Hitachi drive? im confused Wink Is there a tool that can auto-correct the xbox 1's ss.bin files that garyopa's 2.2 fw makes?

Did anyone successfully extract security sector for xbox 1 game and merge and successfully run the game?

I extracted ss.bin from xbox 1 (and xbox360) games with no problems with 2.1 but havent tried (by burning) if they actually work.....

Just Flashed my 47d from 2.0 to 2.1. Everything seems to work fine now (no E64 or reset on eject). Only problem still is the error message i get when trying to rip an original with isobuster. Here is a sample jpg of error when trying to rip halo 1:

Thx garyopa for this quick fix.... keep up!!!
11  Xbox 360 / XboxHacking - General / Re: OPA : Xtreme v2.0 firmware : Hitachi : 7in1 on: August 08, 2006, 02:24:10 AM

Gary - For me it was powering up with the eject button.  Also sometimes when I would hit eject in the dash it would reboot.   Even the power button would fail on boot sometimes.  I have a 47DJ.  I just reflashed the drive and all looks ok again with 1.3.

Got this erroe too Sad I think i came across all the possible errors..... Smiley Anyway i think Gary will come with a solution soon.....

And finally when using ISOBUSTER I get an error saying the range in your readme file is out of range, is this normal?

Thats the same error message im getting with isobuster, as i mentioned above.... Sad

Just tried this firmware release. Seems to work fine. I updated from 1.2+Geremia patched to 2.0 with no problems on my 47D. I extracted some ss.bin files from my original games with no problems (except the fact that i had to double press eject button to eject and close tray). SS files every time have small differences (compared with hex editor) but i think that this is not a problem with hitachi generated ss files as i heard before. I came across to another problem though. When trying to extract kameo and halo 1 (both original discs) to my my hdd using isobuster and the given lba's, i got an error message from isobuster that i had to cancel 2 times so the procedure could resume. I dont mean the message with replacing errors with zero's. That screen came later and i choosed zeros as should Wink . I think the error had to do something with an LBA error... Anyway ill try later. I havent created a full iso yet using this method and this fw because its already too late to do that now. Oh, and last but not least, when some times tried to boot 360 using eject and not power button, my 360 froze for some secs on 360 M$ logo and then i got the error screen E64 (fw error). Anyway 360 works fine , boots orinals and backups as it should Smiley Thx Garyopa. Maybe its just a small fw bug or its simple my hitachi (i have a dual mod on my hitachi because i bricked it in the past, but had no problems with the past fw releases). Opa give xtreme 3.0 to your people. May the Stealth be with Hitachi!!!!

P.s. What for is the Flash14.bat Huh
